Think Safe

In Rio Tinto-La Granja, we have established an integrated approach to improve industrial safety in all our work areas. However, this will be insufficient without the engagement of all our collaborators.

By operating under the same philosophy of caring for ourselves and those working for Rio Tinto, we will create an injury and illness free workplace where everyone goes home safe and healthy each day.

The main objective of the "Think Safe" campaign is to understand the tools of the Health, Industrial Safety and Environment management system of Rio Tinto, so we can apply them in our daily work and prevent accidents. Think Safe is a way of life where all members of Rio Tinto-La Granja take part including our families and strategic partners who collaborate directly with our project.
