Vectors of human diseases

As part of our social and environmental baseline studies, we are developing a picture of human disease carriers or vectors.  Since August 2007 we have conducted monthly studies in areas, including:

• Determining the composition of the vectors that are transmitters of human diseases. 
• Vector paths, their behaviors and seasonality.

Mapping their geographic distribution enables us to conduct risk assessments, and develop our health strategy.
